Shipping policy

We endeavour to despatch orders within 1 working days of receipt - usually they are sent the same or next day. Parcels are despatched via DPD Courier on a tracked 24 hour service for mainland UK, 48 hour service for Highlands, Islands and Offshore.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us on 01745 346744 or info@finerforage.co.uk stating your name, order date and order reference number and we will address this for you.
