Doris' Digest Superfood is an ideal food for those horses and equines that need a little more TLC when it comes to gut health. Ideal for sentitive tummies, horses with digestive issues or those who need a low calorie feed that is delicious and nutritious as well as calming to the gut. This superfood is a mixture of Timothy chopped grasses, high temperature died fescue grass nuts, blended with Rosemary, Chamomile and Mint: all powerful botanicals, traditionally used to calm gastric upset and sensitivity. Rosemary is rich in polyphenols, which are beneficial to the hind gut microbiota: Mint and Chamomile are traditionally used for soothing for the foregut. The blending of these herbs provides an all round gut-friendly feed that horses just love! Minty fresh with a dash of chamomile & rosemary zen - delicious and nutritious!

Containing: Timothy and Cocksfoot grasses, Rosemary, Chamomile and Mint.*

*Warning, this food is so scrummy smelling that you may be tempted to steep it for your morning brew - we do not endorse this! Your horse will get super jealous!!

Feeding Guide

The plant ingredients can be a bit lazy, so may settle in the bag. To wake them up, shake or stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and ready to party

Add water to the feed (warm or cold) and let it sit for a minute or two. This will restore the plants moisture content and re-energise the lush aromas and flavours so that is smells and tastes simply amazing.
